Smash Burgers on the Blackstone

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cheese slices (American or cheddar)
  • Burger buns
  • Butter
  • Optional toppings: Lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, sauces

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.

2.Form beef into loose 2-oz balls.

3.Place balls on the griddle and smash with a spatula. Season with salt & pepper.

4.Cook 2-3 mins per side until crispy.

5. Add cheese on top to melt.

6.Toast buns with butter on the griddle.

7.Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings.
