Spinach Dip-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 12 large button mushrooms
- 1 cup Knorr spinach dip
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems to create space for stuffing.
3. Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Fill each mushroom with a spoonful of Knorr spinach dip.
5.Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
